Yay! I’m pitching for Le Walk….and hope I’ll be allowed to participate. My 72-year old knees can walk the Common once, to celebrate this auspicious occasion. I’ll figure out how many 26 Whatever’s I’ll be achieving as I walk the Le Run. More Yay’s!!!
Exciting news, Clare. Having a Le Hall of Fame member in attendance will be a sure drawing factor for any reader still deciding whether to join! (P.S. Le Walk is perfectly acceptable! You're even eligible for Le Stationary Support Unit (LSSU), the non-running and non-walking team whose primary responsibility is to cheer the runners in at the end before enjoying a coffee).
Whoop whoop for Le Run 3! Will arrive with overly optimistic energy and likely manage one before walking the rest. Doing it for Philosophical Horse 🏃♀️
Sometimes I save these newsletters to read a few at once and I am very glad this one didn't get lost in the weekly cull of my mailbox! As always, each section makes me smile and feel curious and wonder how all the bits apply to my own life 🌞 Thank you for doing the thing(s) you're good at!
To this day, the image of you reading the newsletter out loud to the office still roams around my head, and now this comment! Thanks so much Emma Leslie. Thank you for doing the thing(s) you're good at, too.
RE: Keeping a few to read at once, you will hopefully enjoy the "Best of Le Weekly" or "Le 2024" print edition when it eventually comes out.
Totally agree with Chef Ben. You are good at it. Good at being yourself 😊 and making the world a better place one story, share and shout out at a time.
